Hello! I'm Juan Bravo, and I'm passionate about helping people reconnect with the world through better hearing. With over 20 years of experience in the hearing healthcare field, I've had the privilege of helping thousands of individuals improve their hearing, communication, and quality of life.

For 15 years, I worked with one of the nation's largest hearing care providers, where I not only helped patients find the right hearing solutions but also trained and mentored new hearing aid dispensers. Throughout my career, I have been recognized for excellence in patient care, hearing aid technology, and professional achievement, including receiving Provider of the Year honors on two separate occasions while working with one of the nation's largest hearing care organizations.

My approach to hearing care has always focused on providing personalized solutions, thorough evaluations, precise fittings, and ongoing support. I believe every patient deserves individualized attention, honest recommendations, and the time necessary to achieve the best possible hearing outcomes.

This philosophy ultimately led me to establish Empathy Hearing Aid Center. I wanted to create a mobile hearing care practice that allows me to spend more time with patients, provide care in the environments where hearing matters most, and deliver a level of service that is often difficult to achieve in a traditional office setting.

Whether meeting with patients in their homes, senior living communities, workplaces, or other convenient locations, my goal is to provide professional hearing care that is convenient, accessible, and tailored to each individual's unique needs. I take pride in utilizing industry best practices, including Real Ear Measurement (REM) verification, while ensuring that no detail is overlooked and no shortcuts are taken.

Operations & Community Support 

Emily has been an important part of our team for over five years, helping support the growth and day-to-day operations of Empathy Hearing Aid Center. Working behind the scenes, she assists with business operations, marketing initiatives, community outreach efforts, and special projects that help us better serve our patients and the communities we support.

In addition to her role with the practice, Emily is currently pursuing her nursing education and has a passion for helping others and improving quality of life through compassionate, patient-centered care. Her experience in hearing healthcare, combined with her nursing studies, reflects her commitment to excellence, professionalism, and service. As our practice continues to grow, Emily remains dedicated to supporting our mission of making hearing care more convenient, accessible, and patient-focused throughout Southern California. Her contributions have played an important role in helping Empathy Hearing Aid Center build lasting relationships with patients, families, and community partners.
